All funds deposited must be your own. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Processing times and available methods are subject to change — always check the cashier for current options.
Bonuses carry wagering requirements and expiry dates. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances until rollover is complete. Abuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 98kr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on or uses any service provided through the 98kr website at https://98kr.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface or application.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the 98kr platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

The 98kr platform operates under the laws of its licensing jurisdiction. The specific governing law and dispute resolution forum are determined by the operator's applicable license at the time of registration. Users are advised to verify the current licensing information displayed within the Platform's footer or legal documentation section.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes a claim that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or that 98kr holds a licence issued by any Pakistani authority. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk and sole discretion. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activity. We provide no legal advice and make no representation about the legality of gambling for any individual user in their jurisdiction.
Important notice for Pakistani users: It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 98kr is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 98kr does not claim authorisation, endorsement or licensing from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of the operator's licensing jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 98kr, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. 98kr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be established.
One account per person: Each User is permitted to hold only one active account. The opening of duplicate or multi-accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances in those accounts.
To register, Users must provide accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address and such other information as required during the registration flow. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
Before withdrawal requests can be processed — and at any point where the Platform's risk management procedures require — Users will be asked to complete identity verification. This typically includes:
KYC documents submitted to 98kr are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 98kr will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.
All funds deposited into your 98kr account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 98kr does not accept deposits made with funds obtained illegally or through fraud.
The payment methods available in the cashier may include options familiar to Pakistani users — such as bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet references — but availability is subject to change without notice. 98kr does not claim that Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or any bank endorses or supports gambling activity. Users must verify their payment provider's own terms before transacting.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier at the time of the transaction. These may be denominated in PKR or an equivalent currency at the applicable exchange rate. Limits are subject to change at the Platform's discretion.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case the Platform will specify an alternative. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed.
Account balances and transactions may be displayed in PKR where supported. Currency conversion rates applied to international transactions are determined by the payment processor and are not within 98kr's direct control.
98kr does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Always check with your provider before initiating a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by 98kr are subject to specific terms stated at the time the Promotion is offered. In all cases the following general conditions apply:
Actions that 98kr considers to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to cover all outcomes during bonus play ("bonus hedging"), or using automated systems to systematically exploit promotional mechanics. 98kr reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back bonuses where abuse is suspected or confirmed.
Any PKR figures quoted in promotional communications (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000 welcome bonus") are illustrative maximums. Actual bonus amounts depend on the deposit made and conditions in effect at the time of deposit. Always read the specific promotion's terms before depositing.
All bets and wagers placed on 98kr are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game or market. Sport-specific rules, settlement procedures and void-bet policies are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms.
Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and One-Day International series — are subject to official match result confirmation by the relevant governing body. 98kr reserves the right to void or suspend markets where event integrity concerns arise, where odds are published in error, or where live data feeds fail to accurately reflect match conditions.
Live casino games are operated by third-party content providers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the hand or spin in progress will be resolved according to the rules of the relevant game provider. 98kr is not responsible for interruptions caused by User-side connectivity issues.
In the event of a software or human error resulting in an incorrectly offered market, incorrect odds or an incorrect game outcome, 98kr reserves the right to cancel the affected transaction and refund the stake. No claim shall arise for winnings derived from a demonstrable error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98kr platform. A violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 98kr may immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), withhold or forfeit any outstanding balance, and report the matter to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the 98kr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, trade marks and domain names — is the property of 98kr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, redistributing, selling, sublicensing, creating derivative works from or commercially exploiting any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 98kr.
The 98kr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98kr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
98kr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures or government-mandated restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 98kr's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 98kr shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
Gambling involves risk. 98kr does not guarantee that any betting strategy will result in profit. Users acknowledge that gambling may result in the loss of the entire deposited amount and that past results do not predict future outcomes.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure — net of any pending bonus wagering — will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC.
98kr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where:
Accounts closed at a User's request for responsible gambling reasons — including self-exclusion — will not be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period as specified at the time of the request. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.1.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend doing so at least once per quarter or whenever you receive a notification of changes.
